We offer 1-2 business day shipping for all orders. You can order 24 hours a day 7 days a week but we only process orders on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Please also allow for up to 24 hours to process your orders.

WE cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, or A.O.P. or F.P.O. addresses. We’ll gladly deliver to all other addresses with complete addresses and telephone numbers.

Local Delivery:

If your address is located within 20 miles of Whitehouse, TX then you can also opt in for local delivery. Local deliveries are made Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (excluding holidays). You can choose between AM and PM deliveries and a delivery charge of $5.00 will be applied to your order. No minimum purchase required, but place an order of $100 or more and receive FREE local delivery.  Please alert us within 24 hours if you did not receive or are not pleased with your local delivery order.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a text message (to the phone number provided on your order) the day before delivery to set up delivery time.

Shipping Costs:

We currently DO NOT ship to Hawaii or Alaska.

Flat rate $9.95 shipping fee or Free shipping on $100 or more!

We ship orders Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. To receive your order the same week make sure your order is placed by 5:00pm Tuesday evening. If you require rush orders or need a certain order sooner than that, then feel free to contact us using our contact form on this website.

For our perishible products: they will ship out frozen, individually vacuum-sealed and packed with Dry ice (during summer months), frozen gel packs and cool shield thermal bubble wrap. Some thawing is expected during transit. All orders are shipped via UPS.

Shipping Accuracy:

Check your addresses carefully! Texas Beefhouse reserves the right to make corrections and to limit refunds and replacements if an address error is made.

Our freshness guarantee is for correctly addressed orders only. Our shipments are perishable, and Texas Beefhouse cannot guarantee the condition of the order if the delivery service has to reroute.

TAXES

The only states that require us to charge sales taxes are Kansas and Missouri.
