How simple is the whole process from our field to your freezer?

Texas Beefhouse oversees every detail from the field to your freezer.  We deliver each animal from our farm directly to the butcher.  Then we assist each customer with the details of getting their beef processed to their exact custom order.

Each beef is aged to perfection, vacuum packed, labeled and then delivered to your freezer.

  • Angus beef is $6.00/ pound
  • Wagyu Black Angus beef is $9.00/pound
  • Half Angus cost between $2,550 - $2,700
  • Half Wagyu cost between $3,825 - $4,050
  • Each hanging weight of a whole beef averages 850-900 lbs
  • Each hanging weight of a half beef averages 425-450 lbs
  • Our most popular purchase is a half beef
  • All our beef is aged unless you say otherwise. The most popular time is 21 days.

Each customer will receive a butcher sheet that allows the customer to customize their whole or half beef order. For example, how thick steaks are cut, type of steaks, different cuts of roast, brisket, beef ribs, fajita meat, tenderized beef cutlets, lean or nonlean hamburger meat . This amount of beef requires a sizable deep freezer.
