Texas Beefhouse oversees every detail from the field to your freezer. We deliver each animal from our farm directly to the butcher. Then we assist each customer with the details of getting their beef processed to their exact custom order.
Each beef is aged to perfection, vacuum packed, labeled and then delivered to your freezer.
Each customer will receive a butcher sheet that allows the customer to customize their whole or half beef order. For example, how thick steaks are cut, type of steaks, different cuts of roast, brisket, beef ribs, fajita meat, tenderized beef cutlets, lean or nonlean hamburger meat . This amount of beef requires a sizable deep freezer.
